SCUMBLE GLAZES: pre-tinted and ready to use without any mixing. These faux glazes are water-based, low odor and may be used over an eggshell, satin or semi-gloss basecoat to create any positive or negative technique (Possibilities are Color Washes, Sponging, Ragging, Stippling, Marbling, Wood graining, antiquing, strie/dragging techniques). You can choose from 30 different faux finishing glaze shades which will fit your need 99% of the time. For custom colors , the glazes may be intermixed in simple 1-1, 2-1 or 3-1 formulas. Long Open time: this is very important to the novice, as it allows enough time to manipulate the faux finishing glaze to get the desired effect.
